AUTISTIC ART "CHESS QUEEN" / ANTHRACITE

Our CHESS KING ANTHRACITE sweatshirt is made in collaboriation with Autistic Art Foundation specifically for the 15th World Autism Day.

The back of the sweatshirt is plain, only having a blue woven logo label at the neck.

The graphic design on the front of the sweatshirt is based on the "KING" drawing of Mészáros István, an artist from Autistic Art. The lines and arrows are showing strategical moves of chess pieces on the chess table, but we removed the checkered background so it allows a more open interpretation of moves and strategies.

The blue labels reflect to the blue colour frequently used in connection with the “Light it Up Blue” campaign calling for people to wear blue to promote autism awareness - and is associated with a calm feeling and acceptance in an otherwise loud and busy world for people on the spectrum.

Made of certified organic fabrics: the main fabric is made of 100% organic cotton, the cuffs are made of 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane.

Designed, handcut and handcrafted in Budapest, Hungary.

Réka is 182 cm, is officially a size S/M, but wearing a size S on the pictures.

SIZING

Sleeve length: measure it from the shoulder seam along the sleeve to cuff edge
Back length: measure it from centre back neck seam to the bottom end of back
Chest width: measure between the armpit seams (where the body meets the sleeves)
