PERSONAL PICKUP / BUDAPEST

Personal pickup is free of charge at Prezent shop in Budapest, but is only available after receiving the notification about the arrival of the package to the shop!

Please note, that in case of an online order the shop is a pickup point, which means, that it’s only responsible for giving you your order –  only those pieces and only those sizes, you’ve ordered.

Any changes are needed, please leave the original package there, write us a mail or message and we’ll prepare the new package as soon as possible (in case it’s in stock).

 

DOMESTIC GREEN DELIVERY / BUDAPEST 

Green delivery to Budapest is free.

Green delivery is our partnership with tOURmix, a local community shipping startup. In this case individuals, who are commuting on the way to your address daily / regularly take the package from us and deliver it to you with public transportation or bike, walking in the city.

This is a new way of direct shipping: no need to bring the packages to the logistic centres and then back, the packages only travel the minimum needed distance - without using extra fuel. 

In this case you decide about the arrival of the package to you and it's the "courier" who should conform to you and give you the package whenever it's the most comfortable to you.

 

DELIVERY TO A PARCEL LOCKER / HUNGARY

Shipping to parcel lockers is free.

We now have a new option to have your cozy jumpers delivered to you easily and with giving you more flexibility: you can choose delivery to Foxpost lockers. It is not only a more flexible, but a super quick, contactless and environmentally conscious way of receiving a parcel in 2021.

Please write the name of the desired / nearest locker to your location in the NOTES section at checkout and will drop your parcel in ours in 1-3 days.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY / HUNGARY

Shipping to Hungary is free.

The items you purchase on our website will be delivered to the given shipping address within 3-5 days from the day your order has been accepted and your order confirmation arrived (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

When taking your order, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail informing you, that your order arrived to us, we’re checking the stocks once more and will get back to you with the acceptance of your order within 48 hours. The next message arriving to you in the next 48 hours is going to be the official acceptance of your order.

The delivery time may differ from the above times given (due to public holidays, bank holidays etc.). Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends and other holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Shipping to the EU is free.

The flat rate shipping fee to other EU / non-EU countries may vary according to the size & weight of the package. It's automatically calculated before checkout and payment.

The items you purchase on our website will be delivered to the given shipping address within 3-7 days from the day your order has been accepted and your order confirmation arrived (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

RETURNS

If you purchased a product directly from our online store and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product (excluded shipping costs).

IMPORTANT: please always send the products back in a way giving the possibility for the package to be tracked! We can not accept responsibility for packages sent without tracking options. In every case, before making the return, please write us an email explaining the reason for the return and your further requirements regarding the product exchange or refund.

Please note, that all discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when receiving it.

As soon as the returned item arrives back to us, we will either refund the costs or inform you about the delivery time of the exchange product depending on your preferences.

If you wish to exchange the item for another product, which has a difference in price, we will send you a new invoice of the balanced payment right after the item is returned.
